| 1:21.9 | Well, I'm not doing that much walking at the moment. My walking actions have been so infrequent that my Garmin tell my Garmin now thinks that I should be doing 6,000 steps a day because it tails off when you do less and less and peaks up when you do more and more. |

So mine is on I've never set mine mind just like tracks. So if I'm like a normal life I walk somewhere between 10 and 15,000 steps on a normal day. |
| 2:00.9 | So my average is normally around the 15,000 mark. But in the last two weeks since I nearly killed myself. It's dropped down to 6,000 because I've not been walking and doing anything. So today I got a massive pat on the back after walking 6,100 steps. |
