Well, the actual truth of the matter is I could not bear a three and a half hour train back from London to Manchester this evening

which would have risk missing the podcast completely. Yep. And so I decided to just get myself so basically I'm here. I'm I've paid for a hotel room to do the podcast and also to save myself an hour and a half of my time, which I think there you go. So just however you want a travel

very nice. And where are you? You're some are weird. Not that weird north Yorkshire malls. This is your annual excursion walking. I haven't had enough walking this month. So off you go again.

Well, I'm not doing that much walking at the moment. My walking actions have been so infrequent that my Garmin tell my Garmin now thinks that I should be doing 6,000 steps a day because it tails off when you do less and less and peaks up when you do more and more.

Is that right? Yeah. Yeah. Is that why it keeps on telling me random targets that I've hit like a world Indian 7,000 and I've set it for 12. Yeah. So mine is on I've never set mine mind just like tracks. So if I'm like a normal life I walk somewhere between 10 and 15,000 steps on a normal day.

So my average is normally around the 15,000 mark. But in the last two weeks since I nearly killed myself. It's dropped down to 6,000 because I've not been walking and doing anything. So today I got a massive pat on the back after walking 6,100 steps.

So quick question to you. What is the point in going to North Yorkshire if you can't go hiking?

I can go and eat ice cream on the beach. Oh, lovely. And I can do some cycling, which is one of the things I did this afternoon. Still still plenty.

Well, after last week's rugby hiatus, we have some rugby to talk about. Again, boys, actual senior competitive rugby.

Well, I'm glad you asked. So I currently operate a Google pixel seven pro. My Google pixel seven was left in a taxi in Manchester, never to be seen again.

My Google six pixel six A was lost in not boss loaner, the one before boss loaner. Then I lost one in Dubai. I've lost one in Lisbon.
