us to launch this true crime podcast called blood ties.

Thank you for sending us messages. Molly gets some messages. I do get the messages. Yeah, I need to update. There's a lot of people have sent in a lot of suggestions. Oh, great. To add them to the list. Very, very good. I've got an email from our friend Phil Brown saying, I haven't heard back from you. I just completely didn't get round to it. It's one of those, you know. Phil, he's a very busy man.

I'm sorry, Phil, I'm a bit on the busy side.

But I will be communicating air long.

And what else have I done?

I've written some reviews.

I've done some more filming.

And the traffic in London has been dreadful.

Absolutely dreadful.

If you can avoid going anywhere, do.

It's just been terrible.

So if I can't walk there, I'm not going.

Simple rule.

Yeah, you can't get the tube there either.

No, it can't.

I mean, just been impossible.

Absolutely impossible. However, a couple of good things

happened this week. One, when I was at CrimeCon, we were talking to one or two people there,

and a very interesting book, which I'll show to Mo, written by a man who had a lot of trouble in his life,

and has then turned to helping other people and started a transformational group called Refocus.
