Last week's interview with the Mendiolas sparked some hot debate on the Truth Injustice

podcast fans page on Facebook.

A few listeners took issues with the fact that I told Juan that we know that there was

never a man faking a woman's voice inside Catalina's apartment.

The complaint was that I stated it as fact rather than an opinion.

In response to that, I'll agree that in the context that you heard me say that, it

definitely was out of line.

However, as I explained in the follow-up, that part of the conversation occurred after

Juan and I talked about the issue in the kitchen between segments of the interview.

After laying out the facts, he also agreed that the story was, and his words, bullshit.

That's what I meant when I said, we know it didn't happen.

He and I, equals we.

But my failure to clarify that did spark a lot of great discussions and debate about the

mystery man in the apartment.
