Over the last several weeks, you've all heard me raising suspicions about Detective Roy

Swanson's integrity as an investigator.

I'll start with Zaragoza Garza's trial testimony where we learn that Swanson's documentation

of Garza's statement was, let's just say, adjusted to fit more neatly into the state's

case against Jennifer.

From there, we began taking a closer look at the witness descriptions of Jennifer's clothing

and her hair, and in my opinion, those appeared to be altered as well.

And if we go back even further, we have the incident where Jen was taken to the station

for her final interrogation.

Remember, according to Harriet Jeff Lee, Swanson told Jen's grandmother that she could

follow him to the police station, and then he took off without her when she went inside

to get her keys.

A trial swanning took the stand and was questioned about his investigation.

Today, I'm going to be breaking down that testimony, and we're also going to hear directly

from a key witness in the case.
