If I look at my window, my name is Daniel Frieber. I'm the host of this episode of the cycling podcast as we continue our mini series reviewing the main highs of the 2022 men's road cycling season.

And today, in particular, what we have nominated or considered decided was the highest height, the right of the year.

And we're going to review that with the individual who produced that performance. We'll find out who that was is in just a minute.

Bande, how are we? Good you were sitting more or less in this seat just a few days ago. In Berlin. A wonderful, a wonderful little trip to Berlin, although I was not ready for the weather.

Deary, man, I don't know how you put it up without a year.

I was not ready for you. We're not having changed your dietary preferences and whims and compresses. Certainly as part of brusqueta confirmed.

Just taught the listeners through that. I didn't mention it at the time. So on Saturday we had lunch and we ate in an Italian hostelry called Las Pageterea.

And they said there's up some brusqueta. There's a little bit of a starter. I'm used bush. And I didn't notice you scraping the tomatoes off there in time on and fashion as you used to do when we lived together.

I just wanted less. That's all. There were too many on the little few. That's all.

So it wasn't the angle of the blade. I like that one goal. It was a nice story. But that's not true.

Well Rob, anyway, how are you generally speaking? I'm very well, thanks. I'm deep into track champions league season, which is something completely different.

I'll be talking about that. Yeah, look forward to talking about that a little bit because it is something new. And obviously it's not something that's yet to everybody's taste. Certainly traditional taste. It's very different.

I'm hoping that we're on a bit of a mission to bring in different people to watch in the sport.

I think the first reviews of people who've been along with watched it on the tele have been pretty good. So yeah, we'll talk about that a little later on.
