Freib. Hello Chaps. Well Chaps, I'm still in Belgium. I was here for opening weekend and in this

week's episode we're going to be talking a lot about Omnup Head News Blood and Kurnabrasels Kurnab.

I'm hanging around here for Lissamine tomorrow, we'll maybe feature that in next week's episode. It will also feature in the Cycling Podcast Feminine coming later this week.

But as I said we're going to feature those two first cobbled classics of the year in this episode. Some other stuff as well to get through.

We're going to hear from people like Nathan Van Hoidonk, Eve Lampert, maybe hear a bit from Greg Van Avermat, Tackle Van Der Horn, one of the men of Kurnabrasels Kurnab yesterday.

But you've got a new round up for us as well, please Lionel, could you give us that?

Nathan Van Honeydunk as a rival podcast of vlogger causing quite charmingly, I won't say who it is, but a honeydunk, when I hear honeydunk I think of a particularly

kind of delicious three pointer to win a basketball match. But anyway.

Well yeah, as you say Rich, we're going to focus on opening weekend. There was a point with about 60 kilometers to go in Sunday's race.

When I thought we were watching a new Belgian state race, the two days of Tish Benut, because he was active instrumental really on Saturday in Omnup Head News Blood,

where we saw a Wout Van Art, Jumbo Visman Master Class, Benut laid the groundwork for an attack by the Belgian champion just as they went into the final climb, the Bosberg.

And then Van Art did something you must have admired, Richard, a 13 kilometer individual time trial on a road bike.

You must have enjoyed the aesthetics of that. As he so loved to win, hit News Black for the first time, the Poe Rubat champion and European champion,

Sonny Colbrelli won the sprint for second ahead of Greg Van Avermart, who's been on the podium five times on loop.

He won it, of course, twice. And it was a real sort of evergreen moment, wasn't it, for Van Avermart?

But an ominous performance in his first race of the season for Van Art. And I suppose if there's one crumb of comfort for his classics rivals,

it's that no one has ever won on loop and the Tour of Flanders in the same season. I don't know, that's a sort of pretty small crumb of comfort, isn't it?

On Saturday Quick Step, missed out as they often do in head news blood. Their best rider was Florian Seneshal in ninth place,

but they're all smiles on Sunday in corner because Fabio Jakobsson beat Caleb Ewan in what we thought was the predictable sprint finish,

but it didn't come about in predictable fashion, did it, because they caught the three riders who'd been away with about 50 meters to go.
