The Fulton County District Attorney's Office filed a notice

naming six pretty high-profile defense attorneys

that they believe have a conflict of interest in the case.

The filing said these attorneys all represented other people

during the special grand jury investigation that formed the basis

of the indictment handed up in August.

And those earlier clients are now witnesses for the prosecution.

And, of course, the Republican electors argued that Trump had

a pending election challenge in Georgia after December 8th.

So they said the state didn't meet the safe harbor deadline.

And they argued that meant it was up to Congress to determine

which electors were valid when it convened on January 6th.

Well, once again, it's been quite an eventful week here in Georgia.

There was a big surprise from Donald Trump's lawyers.

US District Court Judge Steve Jones handed down decisions

in the four remaining federal removal cases.

And we got our first plea deal, which means prosecutors

got a defendant to flip and to testify for the state.
