When we last left you, Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee was going to hear from Special Prosecutor Nathan

Wade's law partner in a private hearing. The judge wanted to find out what Wade told

Terence Bradley, who was also Wade's divorce lawyer at the time, what was covered

by the attorney-client privilege?

In other words, do those communications between Wade and Bradley remain secret, never to be divulged? or will we be allowed to hear them?

Wade's attorney filed a motion trying to block the in-camera hearing, but McAfee denied that request.

Instead, it took place on Monday afternoon.

I waited inside Judge McAfee's courtroom for about an hour and 20 minutes

while he met privately with Bradley in his chambers.
