My name is Tiffany and today we will look at Revelation

chapters 13 through 15.

Yesterday we finished talking about the trumpets

and studied the woman, child, and dragon.

Today we're going to focus on some specific figures in the

revelation story, what they represent and how we live in light of these future

events.

First, we read about the Beast from the Sea.

This beast looks like nothing we've ever seen

and represents who we know as the Antichrist. This beast has had many forerunners throughout history,

but he will reign in this last time and be given great authority from Satan. The Antichrist can represent a single person as well as an

evil empire. Or it could be both. The world will be deceived and worship this false Messiah.

He will war and rage against Jesus, the true Messiah,

and his reign will be short-lived and end in great defeat.

As curious humans, we want to be lived and end in great defeat.

As curious humans, we want to be able to name who this

Antichrist is.

But as we read Revelation and other eschatological passages

found in Daniel, First John,, and 2nd Thessalonians.
