0:30.5	Josea by looking at Josea 4 through 6. In Hosea 4,
0:35.0	Hosea speaks of God's case against Israel. Through God's case, God reveals all the ways
0:41.0	that Israel has been unfaithful and disobedient. He says that they are in a all the
0:45.0	Israel has been unfaithful and disobedient. He says that they are an adulterous, murderous, and slanderous people.
0:48.0	Not only the people, but the priests too are wicked.
0:51.0	Instead of guiding the Israelites to follow the Lord,
0:54.6	the priests have rejected God's law
0:56.6	and have influenced the people to act sinfully.
0:59.0	God says that the people have turned idols
1:01.1	instead of worshiping him,
1:02.6	and a spirit of promiscuity has led them away from him
1:05.6	and to both idols and sexual gratification.
1:09.0	Because of Israel's sin, God promises
1:11.2	to bring judgment upon Israel.
1:13.0	In Josea 5, Josea continues to speak about why both Israel and Judah deserve punishment.
1:19.0	Josea says how the wickedness of Israel has caused God to withdraw from them.
