0:31.0	And today we're going to talk about chapters 10 through 13 of the book of Hebrews.
0:35.0	These are some of my favorite chapters in all of the Bible.
0:39.0	They are bold and compelling and I think that you are going to love them too.
0:43.0	Chapter 10 begins with a warning.
0:46.0	The author of Hebrews has warned us several times already
0:49.0	that we should not reject Jesus and they're doing that same thing here again.
0:54.0	The sacrificial system of the Old Testament could never take away sins.
0:58.0	But Jesus who sacrificed his life once for all, he can take away our sins.
1:04.0	In light of that, how silly would it be to reject his forgiveness?
1:09.0	The author then calls the believers he was writing to to stay faithful to Jesus until the end.
1:15.0	And this marks a shift in the book.
1:18.0	From here until the end of the book of Hebrews,
1:20.0	it's going to be just one big encouragement to remain steadfast in the faith
1:24.0	in light of the supremacy of Jesus.
1:27.0	It was discussed in the first nine and a half chapters.
