Why does your boyfriend or your sexual partner need to have your period tracker on their phone too?

They hear something that happens so often in my practice. I hear this so many times.

She was so into me, like, they're so into me. And then it's like they don't even want to have sex with me.

Like they want nothing to do with me. And like, did I wrong no friend she's entered her ludial phase she passed ovulation

and then passing ovulation she went into ludial and now things have shifted with her hormones but

hormones do affect us in very positive ways I feel like the spin is always like, oh, hormones just make your life

hell and they make women crazy. They can, but not often. Often hormones are giving us superpowers.

And so you can understand, you know, when are the best times to be approaching conversations.

It's not usually when she's coming up on her period. If you've got to have a

difficult conversation, wait because her hormone's about to drop and she doesn't have her allies

in her corner. And she may feel more inward. Like she's doing more introspective work. And now

you're like, look at me. Pay attention to us. Like come outside and she's not quite ready for that.

A week past your period edging on ovulation,

you can get by on less sleep, less calories, like you will also feel like, um, a lot more invincible,

easier time to travel. If it is just like the day before your period, day of your period,

you also have the factor of like you're definitely going to be more tired.

Your, the stress is going to affect you a lot more. And again, that's because you don't have

progesterone and estrogen in your corner in the same way. So ease her stress.
