My first in person meeting with Sam is September of 2021. We're at the Javitt Center. We've built a pavilion for him inside of the conference hall for FTX. He's got a major league baseball, hit a pitch sort of thing over there. He's got pods set up to have meetings with people. And then he comes to my VIP dinner that evening. He sits next to me. I bring my friend Kevin O'Leary, who's a spokesman for him, to the dinner. There's other

people at the dinner. We have a great dinner. He turns to me and says, wow, how do you know all

these people? I said, well, look, I'm old enough to be a dad. I'm going to get 35 years of

relationships on Wall Street. These people I consider friends and business associates, and I'd be

very happy to share these

relationships with you. Okay, great. We should think about a multiple year deal to sponsor your

conference. Okay, great. We leave the conference. We enter into a three-year deal. We decide that

we are going to continue our conference in Abu Dhabi. We're

going to go back to Singapore where we've done our conference before. And then my team, my

conference team suggests Sam and his team, what about a cryptocurrency-centric conference in

the Bahamas? That's where you're moving your business. He's already moved there,

by the way. And the Bahamar Hotel is a beautiful place. We're tight with the Rosewood owner,

Henry Chang. And so I say to them, they have a beautiful conference facility at the Bahamas

hotel. We could run Crypto Bahamas there. You could showcase the island of the Bahamas.

It's in your backyard.

We could bring 24, 2,500 people.

What do you guys say?

Let's do it.
