meaningful. For those of you that are unaware this Monday the Court of Appeals in Maryland

remanded Audnons case back to the lower circuit court. The judge read the briefs and bypass the

oral arguments that were to occur on June 9th and if I understand that right felt there were such

a strong argument for Audnon that they skipped that hearing and are sending it right straight back
