I wanted to take these few minutes to clear for misunderstanding about episode 28.

I've gotten a lot of feedback about the audio clip that I played where Ritz mentioned

that Jay had said in his pre-interview that he thought that they should look into the

new boyfriend.

The first thing that I want to make clear is that in no way by playing that clip was I

trying to imply that Jay knew something about Don or that he thought Don had anything to

do with it.

The point of playing the clip was more to demonstrate that when Jay began his pre-interview,

he was basically just as clueless as everyone else.

The way I interpreted that audio clip was that he was basically saying, I don't know who

did it, maybe check with the new boyfriend.

So first and foremost, I want to point out that the relevance of Jay mentioning Don in

his pre-interview really isn't all that important.

Again, the point was, just like in several of the other witness statements, his story had

completely changed during and after the interrogation.

However, the bigger issue and the reason I decided to record this clarification is that

it was pointed out to me that Ritz may have been talking about what Jay said that a non-head

said during that pre-interview.

Now I get people after every episode that try to attack basically everything I say.

So my initial reaction was this is just another troll trying to make problems.

But as I always do, I try to at least look into the validity of what they're claiming.
