Greetings and salutations my lovely family out there and welcome to the pod.

Welcome to the cure for chronic pain with me Nicole Sachs, LCSW last I checked and I am coming to you

right in the middle of a holiday season so happy holidays to you whether you celebrate or you

don't or this makes you happy this time of year or challenged I wish you all the happiness from

media and all the peace in your heart as much as possible in this day and in this moment. So

today on the podcast I have a really special interview that kind of made me sort of emotional

while she was talking so I'm really excited to share it with you but before I introduce

Eda and the conversation that we're about to have I want to talk to you a little bit about

some housekeeping I have learned that this is a great way to communicate with you my village my

family the people who are learning from my work and care about my work and care about sharing

this work with people who are suffering the first thing I really need you to do is rate and

I personally don't review something unless it really means a lot to me because the inconvenience

of just stopping what I'm doing and reviewing it can feel like a lot in a busy life but if indeed

goal always is to reach as many people as possible and I do believe that podcast that get a lot of

attention meaning rates and reviews tend to get more exposure and so that is what I wish for this
