There's kind of this idea of faking it until you need to build it.

You know, offer this feature that does some amazing thing.

So like, do that so that you start getting money in the door.

And then over time, automate it once you've worked out exactly how you want the process

to work.

I basically said we have to redo the whole thing.

I wish I would have learned that earlier to some degree because I was sometimes embarrassed

about things.
