I had a sandwich this week that was just cheese and it wasn't a grilled cheese.

So that's the kind of self-care I'm practicing.

And when you say just cheese, does that even include any bread things?

it was just two pieces of Swiss in between are there any condiments on it I have to know

no no it's just well sometimes well I do a real sandwich I put like on it, but this was not a real sandwich and didn't deserve to respect.

I did have the most amazing sandwich the other day.

I opened a fridge, got out some cheese.

And ate a sandwich.

And ate the sandwich.

And that was my sandwich.
