| 0:34.1 | you today. Now today is our final episode in Deuteronomy. To wrap up we will end with discussing |
| 0:42.1 | chapters 31 through 34. Moses brought Joshua before the presence of the Lord to appoint him as the |
| 0:51.2 | next leader. Because of his disobedience in the wilderness when he struck the rock for water, |
| 0:57.7 | Moses would not enter the Promised Land but die in the wilderness. Joshua must have been fearful |

| 2:13.3 | a mountain. The mountain was the place where God met with Moses when he first called him to deliver |
| 2:20.8 | the people. It was also where God showed Moses his glory. And finally it was where Moses received the |
| 2:29.9 | law. At the end of his life Moses would meet with God on a mountain again. There he looked over the |
| 2:38.4 | mountain's edge and saw Canaan. He saw the abundant fruit trees, the fresh springs, the green fields. |
