Summary

This month the UK Government are introducing regulations that say all large restaurants and cafes have to start displaying calories on menus. So, we're here to have a rant about how damaging this could be, and why it's a completely misguided way to tackle "the obesity epidemic" - a phrase that, quite honestly, makes us want to vom. We also chat about alternatives that could genuinely help. Feel free to hit us up for a chat, Boris... TW: This episode contains references to eating disorders. If you’re struggling with an eating disorder and are in the UK, the Beat Eating Disorders charity has a hotline. The number is 0808 801 0677 or you can visit the website at beateatingdisorders.org.uk. Additionally, if you're experiencing a mental health crisis, you can call the Samaritans at 116 123, or visit crowdnetwork.co.uk/helplines for a list of people you can go to for help.  Learn more about your ad choices.
