All right, let's get started with the Book of Second John.

It's only 13 verses long, and the elder, John, wrote it to a church near Ephesus.

Now, it's addressed to the elect lady,

and this can be kind of confusing because it was probably not

written to an individual woman.

The term lady used here is the Greek word,

Kiria, which referred not to a woman,

but to a group or subunit of people.

It just happens to be a feminine word, but it did reference a group of
