it comes to the spiritual realm, Ed should go first because he's definitely more in touch with

that side of things than I'm basically dead inside. So Ed, yeah, this is what this one's for you.

What's new in your bodies, Mark and Ed,

since last we met, Mark? Well, the moment after we finished recording this, I am getting on

a train, going to Devon to spend three days in an embodied psychotherapy workshop to explore

my inner emotional terrain, you know, through the medium of probably hitting things with rackets and stuff like that.

They call it racket work, you know, and you get out a mattress and you get given

a racket and then people go at the mattress with the racket and get quite a lot of stuff
