Summary

In the fifth episode of British Murders Season 4, I tell the story of Ben Blakeley and Jayden Parkison.⁣⁣

A serial domestic abuser, Ben regularly beat up and strangled every girlfriend he had in his life.⁣

Sadly, 17-year-old Jayden Parkinson’s experience with Ben was no different⁣.⁣

Despite leaving her abuser in November 2013, Jayden discovered she was pregnant with Ben’s child.⁣

As they discussed the pregnancy the following month, Ben strangled and killed Jayden before burying her body in his uncle’s grave.⁣

He was handed a life sentence in July 2014 with a minimum term to serve of 20 years.⁣
