Welcome to season 3 of Live Awake.

This season is going to be a little different in that it's going to be a mini series of

six episodes focusing on remembering.

I wanted to include the intro to give you little back stories so you don't feel lost while listening.

From birth we began to forget what we are made of, the land from which we came, the

trust, the faith, the buoyancy we were surrounded in in our mother's womb.

And the farther we journeyed into life the more we learned to protect and hide our softness,

hide our hearts, our love, hide even our breath, our bodies and our wisdom.

This is why I believe with our experiences and our revelations we are not learning lessons

but we are in fact simply coming to remember our inherent selves.

Come to remember the things we hit away as a means to preserve its preciousness.

If you feel a resonance in what these seasons of Live Awake speak to, it's because you,

your deepest, most pure self knows all of these things already.

You can hear it as truth because you are remembering what you already know deep within you.

Feeling the light, discovering the light is but a process of coming back into remembrance

of your original makeup.

This life, this process, this journey is but a beautiful uncovering of who we have always

been, who we are in our most raw and pure form.

We are beings governed by love and kindness governed by a heart that knows only the language

of love.

This we are coming to remember.

You are not learning, you are remembering who you really are.
