That's why we don't try to time the market and why it's so important when you make a plan,

you stick to it and you stay stuck to that plan long term because we don't build these

plans for three days, four days, three months, six months. We build them for five, ten,

15 plus years. So they need to be implemented for five, 10, 15 plus years in order for them to work.

So it's hard to do, no doubt. But it's the prudent and

right thing to do. And I think we're getting closer to where I can finally beat my drum and say

we're kind of done with this technical recession and we can move on to more of a cyclical

bull market.
