There's a lot of Simone Biles commentary, I'm not negative stuff, and a lot of commentary around self-help and you know women, you know, having to take care of themselves.

1:06.2	and you have messed me up forever.
1:09.7	I just wanted to say that.
1:11.0	Oh, you have made it difficult for me to watch anything outside of that

1:18.1	Mm hmm. So I'm watching the Olympics and room for everybody that's black, which I've always done just naturally. But I'm also now questioning this what is this nationalism what does it mean to to USA USA what does that even mean and there was a gymnast who's not from America,
1:43.4	right, one of the few gymnists who, you know, from Costa Rica.
1:49.8	Yes, yes.
1:51.6	Work somehow, the first ever, she's 19 years old.
1:55.0	She worked out in her routine a way to let the world know that she's black and she cares about black lives.
