because you literally do council people. You have a podcast which has taken off

into a place where you talk about relationships.

And I said, people are calling you for relationship advice and you're like, yeah, a lot.

And I'm saying, of course, we're in an era where all of this tender and swiping and all,

but people don't know how to relate or talk to each other

This ain't rocket science now. Well, it's interesting you when we want to break one of the things that I say about relationships all the time that they're really easy

You just have to decide what you're not about relationships all the time, that they're really easy.

You just have to decide what your non-negotiables are

and then never negotiate them.

It's just that simple.

I just did a podcast on confidence.

No one stands for anything anymore.

We're so flippy, floppy.

Oh, I don't eat meat and then the next week you eat meat.

Oh, I'm not drinking anymore and then two weeks from now you're,

like we don't stand for anything we can't

stand in anything too long there are no lines in the sand that we can't be

crossed or if he cheats on me I'm never and then he cheats like well

then that wasn't your non-negotiable because if we're absolute then people will adjust.

If they know that this is a permanent situation it's the one thing I've always had
