But it really starts with supply and demand.

Unfortunately, there's been a whole lot of supply from one community,

a whole lot of demand of one community,

and not a whole lot of income coming into that community so it's time to shift a

paradigm if we have the talent and we have the the thing that makes it hot is time for

us to get was due but that means we have to know what our value and our worth is and we have to stop on some level because it's complicated. Erica was talking. She said, you know, it's hard to get jobs if you're not represented by the right quote-unquote people

so what does that do for Jaya Thomas you know so she can't get the clients because the clients can't

get the work because the people the studios aren't going to work with her, her clients, because she's not

one of the quote unquote CAAs or you know all those other top names and I shouldn't have just named
