0:19.0	We had a whole hour long discussion about it, and I admitted that I didn't grow up with it and you were saying,

0:48.3	could have imagined that a holiday with an unbroken string, 154 years string since 1866, that is known in some black communities very well, particularly to southwest,
1:02.0	particularly Texas, that is known beyond Texas in places,
1:05.8	you know, it's fairly well known.
1:07.8	And that most black people may have heard the name
1:11.7	but not know a lot about,
1:13.0	went in the space of a year, really, three weeks
1:18.0	to every human being on the planet celebrating Juneteenth.
1:22.0	Everybody giving days off.
1:24.0	Can't you help me because I saw this yesterday evening?
1:28.0	Did Cuomo make Juneteenth a state holiday for employees in New York?
