This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub. So I had this grand plan that while we're in lockdown during COVID-19 the Corona

Apocalypse that I was going to get into the best shape of my life.

So every day I got up right before my radio show,

I worked out, did the bike, did some calisthenics, some weights,

got Nesona, showered, did my radio show and I've been good, but the problem

is I bought a whole lot of food that I think should last me at least a month or two, a lot of frozen goods, but also a lot of snacks like popcorn and almonds and oatmeal.

Well, that's not a snack, but I got the little individual oatmeal canisters containers and it's you know it's healthy

but I find myself

Snacks that should be here for the next week are gone now.

So I'm gonna give myself a pass because I think I've eaten all of the snacks that I bought

that was supposed to last me at least a couple of weeks and I'm gonna start off next week.

I had promised myself I was going to fast.

So last week I was going to fast, but I realized under the stress of not knowing what's happening,

you tend to make bad decisions. So Monday, today I'm resetting and I'm going to either intermittent

fast, which is something that I had been looking into, but could never kind of make the schedule work because I get home too late to eat, you know, when I eat that late, get up the next morning and I'd eat till what one o'clock in the afternoon, two o'clock in the afternoon.

I don't like to eat before my show.

So the intermittent fasting, intermittent fasting

was not something that I could incorporate,

but I can do it now, at least try to work on a schedule.

I think I'm gonna fast a couple of days this week as well.
