This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub.

Sunday is the most segregated time in America and that is not something that has

changed unfortunately. It's interesting that throughout this country and churches, throughout this country and churches, you have a church that is all white.

You have a church that is all white. You have a church that is all black.

You have a church that is all Chinese or Korean or Filipino.

And I have to ask this question.

I mean, I get the all black thing.

Oh, because I'm black, right?

And I know that for many of us, first of all, I was just talking with somebody that said we probably

need to rethink going to church the Sunday after election day yeah it's that serious Like, because that's a target. Churches get bombed.

When people are angry or when people want to prove a point or show a message or just act out their racism,

churches become a target, black churches.

And why are they're black churches? Well, they're black churches because in churches,

black folks early on, let's go back, were not allowed to sit in the same pews with the other people and worship God.

Ah, they started segregating God.

And if we're being honest

to sit my black hard parts in the church with a white Jesus is problematic

I've already talked about the mis-education of the Negro

as it relates to Jesus and going to Africa and seeing white Jesus and having a problem with that.

And let me just say this, you know, if you're listening to this and you're not black,
