0:55.0	Oh, good day. What? You better ask somebody. I'm glad. I'm gonna take that as a compliment though.
1:01.0	It is, absolutely. Absolutely. No, I mean, you know, absolutely you know we are we are many of us I hate to fly with a passion
1:09.2	primarily because I had a bad turbulent experience that I think was caused by pilot error.
1:14.4	So ever since then now, I'm looking like,
1:17.6	because it's the one thing you can't control.
1:19.2	Like pilot is drunk, pilot is sleepy,
1:22.1	pilot's got, you know, bubble guts. I can't control that and then I don't know if the
1:27.4	turbulence is because he's not paying attention. So alleviate some of our fears, some of us are not good flyers, but you are a pilot, right, Tran, you?
1:37.0	Yes, yes, ma'am.
1:38.0	I'm a pilot, I've been flying since airplanes since I was about 17 years old off and on and then professionally in the military followed by now a pilot at a major major carrier.
1:51.0	So yeah, so the world is too small, Karen, the world is too small for us to not get out and see it. Six hours later you can be somewhere where they speak a totally different language and so I want to alleviate fears first of all turbulence
2:04.9	could be caused by potential pilot error if they're not avoiding storms
