This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub. I've been having a lot of conversations with people about the measurement of success

and what it takes to actually get to a place.

And what I have learned over my many years on this earth is that patients and time cannot be

replaced having something develop it's like I don't know if anyone cooks but if

you're making spaghetti sauce. It usually

tastes better the second day because the spices and everything that has a

chance to come together in a way is never as good that first day because the second day everything

comes together.

And I think about nature, you know, all of us started in our mother's womb.

We started in our womb.

And we were perfectly made in our mother's womb.

But it took nine months for us to form and knit

and get all of the sauces and the juices

and everything had to come together perfectly our brains had to form.

God forbid, you know, things happen, of course.

But most of us came out of the womb after nine months of being in our mother's

bodies where we had to be hidden to form fully to come out into

the world. I think about food. Most food starts where, in the ground, right? So there's a seed that's in the ground that no one can see.

Roots are shooting down and going into the earth. Why? So that it can grab all of the nutrients in the water and

be able to provide that seed with enough

power and energy to come out through the ground to them hit the sun, to then produce the fruit.
