This is Karen Hunter and welcome to the hub. So I met Athool Pishar last year actually he came through on a tech Tuesday

because he has a fund that funds tech businesses but also his organization was hosting a pitch competition and he wanted me to have a

couple of the people on the show that were in the pitch competition including Erica Alexander who played Maxine Shaw back in the day on living single with Queen Latifah and Kim fields and she's also been on Black Lightning but she's in the text space as well and so I had her on talking about her company and it was really cool and I had a

Thool on as well and then he invited me to be a judge at this tech

competition and I actually picked Erica I shouldn't even say this, but her group came in second.

But anyway, he then came back to me and said he wanted to sit and interview me,

because now he's getting into this space where he's sitting down and talking with movers and

shakers.

And it was really cool. I broke the

interview into two parts. He said I can use it. He's using it for his purposes but

I'm going to use it on this podcast base and we're going to do it in two parts

because I want you to have bite-sized morsels because I know a lot of you are traveling and you know maybe walking and listening to this and I don't want to have I'm learning that you know while there are some places for lengthy content, usually putting it into spaces,

you know, a couple of 10 minutes, 15 minutes

is about the sweet spot.

So part one, I talk about everyone from Steve Bannon

and politics. I get a little raw and I go in a little bit because

he asks some good questions and I'm not used to be on the other side of the mic quite

frankly but I thought it did a really good job and I'm happy that I'm able to share this with you because you know
