Summary

Today I'm talking about work-life balance. What did I want? Was it money, or was it freedom and flexibility?

I want the money, and the reason why is because that will supply freedom and flexibility. If we have a business that produces money, we should be able to do anything we want. When you have a business that's providing an income, it takes a lot of work.

What people don't realize is sometimes it takes more work to do than a 40-hour workweek provides. I've found that the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.

So when you're building your own business or running your own company, you have to set boundaries. You have to create your schedule first.
