My name is Andy and I am joined on today's podcast by an author lecturer and one of the

world's foremost researchers of UFO crash retrievos. I'd love to welcome Mr. Ryan Wood. Ryan welcome in the podcast.

Well thanks so much Andy it's great to be here and share the insights that I can provide

about crash retrieval's which is my specialty.

It is and I feel a little bit bad that I've given you such a short introduction because when I was looking through your actual list of academic achievements, you've got a degree in mathematics, computer science, background in sales, marketing,

engineering, CEO of your own company. There was a lot on there and I thought, do you know what, there's

enough boasting about all that stuff. Let's get straight into the the

UFO side of things otherwise we'll be here all day on a kind of limited time. But Ryan

listen huge welcome at the podcast. You're really excited to have you on

especially after I saw you when you spoke to

Richard Dolan around seven or eight weeks ago. Genuine, one of the best interviews I've seen for a while on the topic.

Really enjoyed hearing you both speak back and forward and I reached out to you straight away after that so it's good to have you here.

But I want to know how your interest in the UFO topic first came about, I believe, something to do with your father and a very interesting

connection he had to the UFO topic.

Right, yeah.

So I was about 15 years old, you know, this is 1970 or something, when Stanton Friedman came to

dinner and he was working for my father, Dr Robert Wood, on an anti-gravity project

at McDonnell Douglas. And not to oversell this, I mean, they were physicists trying to figure out how

gravity works rather than, oh, we have some crash hardware we're trying to figure out.
