I was better for having the conversation. I hope you enjoy. Okay, so I sort of sprung this on you yesterday, but it feels like

this is a good place to air it out. So last year, our word for the year

was less, right? Less commitments, less stuff, whatever. And then I was trying to think of a word

for this year. And I feel like one of your favorite things about me is when you tell me something

or you have an idea and then like years

later I discover that exact same thing and I bring it back to you as I call that the BOSU

effect for a reason yeah we don't know you're going to know but I you always love that right

instead of being happy that we're now on the same page, you know, you decide to get upset

about. But anyways, the word for this year, unless you have a better one, to me, should be systems.

Okay. Like, how do you have systems? And I actually think it goes with less, right? The point was like,

less chaos, less commitment, et cetera.

How do we come up with better systems for our life?

And I feel like we've come up with some in the last couple months that have been better.
