bang on that I think what it cuts to is actually I think what it caught a lot of

people by surprise is the length of the sentence, the mandatory sentencing for, you know,

if you found guilty of contact with the head on neck, I think that caught people by surprise.

It's a new interpretation or, you know know sanctioned guideline by world

rugby so I think a lot of the reaction has been well we didn't quite we didn't quite
