Summary

Many set RV travel goals like visiting all the National Parks or driving to Alaska. Others collect things to hold onto their memories, like a magnet, pins, or maps. But a music-loving RV couple from New York has a whole new way of making memories. Jill and Karl Marsh plan to visit as many cities/locations as they can that have a song written about it. Not only that, they plan to video themselves there, singing the song. The Marsh's are our guests on Episode 423 of the RV Podcast.

0:04.1	And on this Thanksgiving episode of the RV podcast, we're going to meet some RVers who are singing their way across the USA. Hello and happy Thanksgiving, everybody.
0:26.8	It is the day before Thanksgiving as this podcast is being released.
0:32.1	And right off the bat, let me tell you, I don't sound too good.
0:37.3	You don't feel too good. No, I don't sound too good. You don't feel too good.

0:39.8	I have had influenza for the last four days, and it's slowly, yeah, it's slowly getting better, I think.
0:52.4	But my voice is not all, but I've got my lovely lifelong traveling
0:57.2	companion and my bride, Jennifer, here to jump in and help me out when my voice cracks like that.
1:03.6	So, hey, we're going to have a lot of fun on this. It's going to be a little different of a podcast.
1:07.5	We've got a fun interview. You know, some people set a goal when they travel to
1:13.0	collect things and stickers and stuff. And, you know, it just kind of makes it travel a little more
1:19.5	fun. It certainly does. And the couple, you're going to hear in just a few moments, they did just
1:23.7	that. They had to figure out that something special because I know you were like that.

1:28.3	It's a big country.
1:29.2	Where do you start?
1:30.3	So they came up with something really unique.
1:33.3	They're going to visit places that a song has been made for that place.
1:40.6	Cities, states, something, anything that there's a song for that place. and then they're going to go there and they're going to sing that song.
1:48.0	And they had a lot of help from our RV Lifestyle community and coming up with cities that have songs.
1:55.0	And this is going to be fun, so you'll meet them coming up in just a couple of minutes.
