Winnebago's new electric RV has been revealed at the Florida RV Super Show.

Starlink will be included on certain motor homes from Thor Industries in more.

0:09.5

It's time for the latest in RV and camping news.

0:12.8

I'm Jason Eppersen. This is RV Miles. Thanks so much for being here yet again for another

0:17.5

RV and camping news roundup. We begin at the Florida RV Super Show, which is one of the two

0:23.4

biggest shows of the year. It's just wrapped with early attendance numbers looking close to

0:28.3

last year's record. No word on how RV dealers are fairing with sales, but supplies, gear,

0:33.2

E Transit is. That's less than both the ERV-1 and the Thor Electric RV we toured last year.

1:22.8

That's certainly due to the fact that the transit is mostly built for

1:26.8

in-town deliveries and not RV conversion, but certainly it's a lot easier to get a camper van

1:32.8

from a manufacturer and build it out. That range is underwhelming to be sure, but remember this

1:37.3

is a prototype as EV range improves, it'll become more feasible. Winnebago is also looking at

1:42.8

range extension possibilities for a future commercial version. That would likely be some sort of

1:48.0

fuel-based generator. The house systems inside are all powered by 48 volt electricity,
