aggression in Ukraine. How are they working? I go to a statement from Mr. Kirby at the

White House, the National Security Council spokesman. Mr. Kirby says, I mean their economy

is barely being propped up by some pretty radical measures by Mr. Putin. Their military has

been roundly embarrassed inside Ukraine and they continue to lose ground there. As for

China again, take a look at the way the President has really revitalized and restored alliances

and partnerships that were let go, if not ridiculed in the previous administration. That's

the White House National Security Advisor talking about Russia's economy and the war in

Ukraine for economies across the world island. To be specific about how Russia's economy

is functioning with all the sanctions and with the extreme distress on the battlefield

Everyone now is buying Russian oil and the cheap and Russian refined products and the cheap

and he's telling them to world markets at the market price. So the entire idea of the

sanctions on the Russian oil and oil products was very, very simple and brilliant to some extent.
