I'm John Batcher. I'm visiting with Juliana Pilon, senior fellow of the Alexander Hamilton Institute for the Study of Western Civilization,

and we're speaking of Alexei Navalny, gone February 24, and yet when he was 47 years old.

When he was 10 years old, Juliana has a detail in her presentation at the Civitas Outlook

that tells me that this was something that everybody experienced in the old Soviet Union

and now experiences in Russia and other states.

We're speaking of Russia because it's part of the revisionist states that are at war with the West, with transparency, with Republican government, I mean by that Democratic Republican government, with presidents, with frequent elections, with shareholders meeting every three months to question the governments that control states.

In other words, everything but Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea on the planet.
