Russia wants the price of oil up and up and instead markets do this.

It keeps going down and down and down.

Michael, Russia doesn't want this.

It's made a war.

It shouldn't be happening and yet it is what does

it mean for their budget for their war planning good evening to you and it means

that the budget revenue stocks revenues oil, natural gas will be declining and they've already

projected it. It used to be the time when these revenues constituted 45% of their total tax revenues.

Now it is down to 33% and the project next year

it will be 27%.
