conflict with NATO including nuclear weapon conflict.

All this adds up to a lot of foreign policy in a re-election cycle for President Biden.

I welcome Dr. Anatole Levin, directs the Eurasia program at the Quincy Institute for

Responsible Statecraft, and in a most helpful conversation with his colleague Paul Palar, who is a non-resident fellow at Quincy as well as a non-resident senior fellow at the Center for Security Studies at Georgetown, discussing foreign policy and partisanship in America.

I was taught in the 20th century,

partisanship, that is politics, ends at the waters edge.
