All these questions toss themselves up before us and we ask, what's going on at the Kremlin?

Is the Kremlin organizing a defensive Crimea? Is the Kremlin still organizing an offensive against Keefe?

George Friedman is the founder and chairman of Geopolitical Futures, writing most recently, asking very hard questions about the Kremlin.

And how to regard these odd remarks, strange remarks, disloyal remarks by Purgozin, the private army of Purgozin, the Vognor Group.

Can we tell at this point who's running the Kremlin, who's running the war, who's running Purgozin's opinions? Good evening to you.

Good evening and it's very difficult to answer that question.

The Vognor Group exists for reasons I don't fully understand and it creates two separate commands for running the war within one area as is.

So the Russian Army is him.

Secondly, in this important position they have for whatever reason, they've cut off the transitive munitions.

The artillery rounds were delivered.

Now, under these circumstances, one would assume that if the chairman of Joint Chiefs can't straighten this out, the president of the country will, he is the commander-in-chief.

Yet no action is coming from there. No combat is coming from there. It sounds as if there is some sort of breakdown in the Kremlin itself and it goes down to the battlefield.
