I believe there is more to the metaphor than slowing. However, we begin with the recommendation that there are several factors feeding

into the Russian slowdown, we'll call it that. One, they're reorganizing themselves to be

eastward regarding and not westward regarding.

And second monetary policy, which is a polite way of saying inflation.
