0:35.2	I am kind of just doing the series for myself to be honest.
0:39.2	It has been a year and I know my own tendency, which is to hit this portion of the year and

0:48.7	Like into like absolute inertia, which never does what I want it to do for me.
0:55.0	What I want it to do is feel like a break.
0:56.8	Like I'm taking a break and I have a breather and I'm resting, but it has the opposite effect

1:02.4	It makes me feel sluggish and behind and off task and that just doesn't work for like
1:09.6	it's not good for my brain.
1:10.8	So I thought, I wonder what it would look like to consider finishing not just 2019 strong
1:17.3	but this entire decade, right?
