0:36.1	It is called For the Love Finishing Strong, because frankly, not only are we closing in on
0:44.2	the finish line of 2019, we are closing in on the finish line of a decade.
0:49.5	It's kind of a big deal.
0:52.3	And I know that sometimes it feels like the best we can do is just sort of limp across

0:59.2	But I believe more for us.
1:02.2	I believe that we actually hold the reins to decide how we react and how we respond and
1:08.3	how we move forward and not only how we want to just get through this part of the year,
1:14.8	but how we want to thrive.
1:16.9	So in this short series, I am hosting some people who have positively learned a thing or two
1:23.2	about perseverance and show us that really no matter what time of year it is or even
1:29.5	what season you are in, how busy or tired we are, that we have so much choice in the way
