He actually runs his bars or his stack way lower than what he usually would on his race bike

And the reason that he does that is because he's found that he's more powerful and more effective for crit racing when he isn't in the drops

But he's kind of laid down on the hoods

So his hoods are almost in the drops position of where his handlebars would normally be and then on top of that
