Well, welcome everybody to episode 78 of Coach Bennett's podcast and we're back. We're back in Portland. That's right. Last week I recorded the show in

Austin, Texas. I was at the running event this week. I'm back in Portland and we're 30 degrees

cooler here in Oregon. But today was sunny, so I'm not going to complain about anything.

In fact, today there's no complaining.

Today is about giving thanks. That's what this episode is all about. That's right. It's about

giving thanks, being grateful, sending out into the world a few thank yous because it just feels so

good. Not just to hear a thank yous because it just feels so good.

Not just to hear a thank you.

It feels good to say thank you, especially to someone who needs to hear it.

It's like extra bonus awesome.

And that's what this is about.

Now, if you've run with me before on the Nike Run Club app,

you know that there's a series of runs in there,

the thank you run, another thank you run, the Grateful 5K, the Grateful AK run, and 30-minute

thank yous. And this time of year, I always put out something like this. And last year I did

a special episode for Coach Bennett's podcast that was on gratefulness and thankfulness.
